ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU DAN SOLUSINYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MI/SD
Abstract
Teachers play a very important role in achieving the goals of learning mathematics in SD / MI. As time goes by, there are various dynamics in life, including in the world of education. The purpose of this study is First, to analyze what are the problems faced by teachers in learning mathematics in SD / MI. Second, to analyze what solutions can be given in dealing with the various difficulties faced. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research. Based on the research that has been carried out, the various difficulties faced by teachers in Mathematics Learning in MI / SD include; 1) not maximizing the competence of teachers, 2). limited availability of teaching resources, 3) lack of student learning motivation, 4) children do not fully understand the basic concepts of mathematics, 5) special behavior in students, 6) availability of learning media, 7) children often forget the material that has been learned at the last meeting, 8) application of learning methods that are not optimal, and 9) transition from the old curriculum to the new one.
