Abstract

This research aims to determine Supply Chain Management or the supply chain of the coffee production process at KSU Ulu Pungkut Mandailing Natal in order to increase coffee production at KSU Kopi Mndailing Jaya (Banamon) in Alahan Kae Village, District. Ulu Pungkut, Mandailing Natal Regency, knows the factors causing the decline in coffee production in KSU and efforts to increase coffee production again in KSU Kopi Mandailing Jaya (Banamon) Alahan Kae Village, Kec. Ulu Pungkut, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique was interviews with several members of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee KSU (Banamon) such as the Chair of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee KSU (Banamon), the Production Manager of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee KSU (Banamon) and several other members of the Mandailing Jaya Coffee KSU (Bnamon). Observations and documentation were carried out at the location of KSU Kopi Mandailing Jaya (Banamon) Alahan Kae Village, Ulu Pungkut District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The results of the research obtained were that there was a decline in coffee production at KSU Kopi Mandailing Jaya (Banamon) which was very far from before, to the point that activities at KSU Kopi Mandailing Jaya (Banamon) were very minimal, among several obstacles that caused the decline in production, namely the cooperation of members who did not understand The cooperative method results in the production process decreasing because KSU Kopi Mandailing Jaya (Banamon) has several members who have different fields of work. When one field is not implemented well, it will have an impact on the production process
