UJI KELAYAKAN HALAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT UNTUK MEMPEROLEH SERTIFIKAT HALAL PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) (STUDI KASUS CAFE BAKSO ROSSO DI KOTA BINJAI KECAMATAN BINJAI TIMUR)

This research aims to determine the feasibility test of halal supply chain management carried out by Cafe Bakso Rosso to obtain a halal certificate. This research is descriptive qualitative research, the data collection methods used are observation methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research focus on business owners and halal production process asistants (PPH asistants). The data analysisi techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions periodically during the research. The results of this research show that the halal supplt chain maagement carried out by Cafe Bakso Rosso gets 9 points, where the supply of raw materials gets 4 points, the manufacturing process gets 3 points and the finished product for consumers gets 2 points, thus Cafe Bakso Rosso [asses the test. Eligbilitity to obtain a halal certificate and to obtain a halal certificate for Cafe Bakso Rosso must first register its products in period 3 in Binjai City whicht will start in November-December from the PUSAKA application with a 14 day work process.
