Abstract

The library is a public service institution as a central provider of information for all levels of society who need information. The aim of the research is to test and analyze the significant influence of the use of social media, promotion and service quality simultaneously on user satisfaction at the Probolinggo district library and archives service. As well as testing and analyzing the significant influence of which variables, between the use of social media, promotions and service quality, have the dominant influence on user satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research being explanatory research with the sampling used in this research using the Slovin formula with the calculation

The results of the research show that 1). research proves that the use of social media has an effect on user satisfaction in the Probolinggo district library and archives service. 2.). research proves that promotions have no effect on user satisfaction at the Probolinggo district library and archives service. 3). research proves that service quality influences user satisfaction at the Probolinng district library and archives service. 4). research together proves that there is an influence of social media, promotions and service quality on user satisfaction in the Probolinggo district library and archives service.
