Abstract

The Jember Regency Madrasah Education Section is a work unit under the auspices of the Jember Regency Ministry of Religion. Moves in coordinating and supporting madrasa education activities in the Jember district area. Data collection was carried out using the interview method. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method, where the analysis was carried out by classifying the type of job description based on the DISC personality profile. The results of the job analysis carried out by researchers on five holders of the Madrasah Education Section of the Jember Regency Ministry of Religion office include information about position qualifications, main duties, responsibilities, authority, educational background, job experience, skills (soft skills and hard skills), and competence. Then classified based on the DISC personality profile. Based on the description of the main tasks that have been listed, individuals or individuals who have type C (Compliance) characters are required in the Data and Information Analyst work unit for Educators and Education Personnel. Individuals or individuals who have characters I (Influence) and C (Compliance) are more suitable. for the Educational Analyst work unit, the right individuals or individuals in the Information Analyst and Educational Personnel Development work unit are characters with types D (Dominance) and C (Compliance), Individuals or individuals who tend to have types S (Steadiness) and C (Compliance) is more suitable for the Education Administration and Education Personnel work unit. Individuals or individuals who tend to have a type D character (Dominance) are more suitable for the Educational Institutional Management work unit.
