Abstract
This research examines the SWOT analysis of the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) Probolinggo Regency. Through identifying internal and external factors, this research highlights the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that influence BAZNAS' performance. Strengths, such as government support and focus on empowerment programs, become positive foundations, while weaknesses such as lack of socialization and the need to emphasize member responsibilities become the focus for improvement. Opportunities for distributing zakat based on the 8 asnaf and variations in infaq and sodaqoh assistance provide strategic space. Threats are mainly related to reporting obligations and the need for more intensive socialization. The results of the SWOT analysis are the basis for formulating strategies to increase the effectiveness and sustainabilityofZISfundcollectionsintheregion.
