Abstract

Human resources have a major and important role in achieving a company, government organization, private company or Islamic banking. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) in improving employee performance at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Pasuruan. This study aims to determine how the development and improvement of employee work quality or performance is seen from the aspect of human resources in Islamic banking, especially at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Pasuruan, Tbk. The main topic of the study is the application of Islamic Work Ethics in improving employee work quality based on indicators of employee performance improvement with Bank Muamalat. The methodology used in writing this study is qualitative, especially for Bank Muamalat KCP Pasuruan employees by considering indicators of employee performance improvement. The results of the study indicate that Islamic work ethics play a role as a basis for improving employee performance in accordance with the SOP and Company Regulations of Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
