IMPLEMENTASI PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI TIKTOK SEBAGAI MEDIA PROMOSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN PRODUK SYL STORE DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF ISLAM
Tiktok Application, Promotion, Sales, Islamic Perspective.
Abstract
The development of social media, one of which is the TikTok application, has made many online business entrepreneurs explore using this application. Apart from the TikTok application, it can be used as an entertainment medium and to foster a person's creative arena, but the TikTok application can also be used as a promotional medium. This research aims to determine the implementation of the use of the Tiktok application as an effective promotional media in increasing sales of SYL Store products and to determine the implementation of the use of the Tiktok application as a promotional medium in increasing sales of SYL Store products viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with field research type, the data used in this research is primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: First, SYL Store has successfully implemented the four elements of the promotional mix, namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations and personal sales. Second, the use of the Tiktok Application in carrying out promotional strategies at the SYL Store is carried out guided by Islamic values, namely by carrying out promotions sincerely, honestly in providing information, carrying out meaningful promotions and being trustworthy and being able to take responsibility for promotions that have been carried out on the Tiktok Application.
