PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, ETOS KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BAGIAN KESEJAHTERAAN RAKYAT (KESRA) KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO

Abstract

Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization. A good organizational climate can be seen from the behavior of each person, good relations or cooperation from each of its members, neat arrangement of the organizational structure and work procedures within the organization. Work ethic provides an overview of a person's views and attitudes towards work. This work ethic can be positive or negative so that it can affect the organization. Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) of Probolinggo Regency.

This study uses quantitative methods to describe and explain the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees. The influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. Probolinggo Regency as many as 124 people. The sampling in this study used purposive sampling with the slovin formula of 55 samples.

The results show that 1) Organizational climate has no significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) Simultaneously organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline significant effect on employee performance
