<p><em>Halal certification on a product in circulation is an action that must be taken as a form of halal assurance for consumers and producers. As stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2021 concerning Halal Certification for Micro and Small Business Actors Part One Article 2. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia implements regulations that require all business actors to obtain halal certification. The focus of this research is: 1) What is the perception of micro and small businesses on halal certification policy? 2) What are the factors that influence the perception of micro and small enterprises on halal certification policy?. To answer the research focus above, using a skinative approach method with a type of case study research. The research subjects were selected by snowball sampling and used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysts used in the study using Miles & Hurberman and the validity of the data include, credibility, transferability, and confermability. The results in the study show that: 1) There are 70% or 7 business actors know that halal certification can provide good, to meet the rights of consumer needs, can provide an increase to micro and small enterprises. And this perception influences business actors to have the desire to have halal certification. <p>Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the largest economic sectors which have an important role in the economy of Indonesia. Since Covid 19 and Post Covid 19, of course, many dynamics have occurred, especially in the use of production development strategies for MSME players in the era of digitalization, especially in the District. Probolinggo. This research aims to analyze MSME development strategies in the digital era in Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation and engineering triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. The informants for this research consisted of 8 MSME actors, 15 employees, 8 customers, and the head of the MSME District. Probolinggo. The results of this research are 1) The strategy for developing MSMEs in the digital era carried out by the relevant agencies is through training/mentoring, fostering business legality, including events such as festivals or fairs, assistance with production equipment, as well as capital assistance in the form of loans or from BUMN. 2) The problems faced by MSMEs in the digital era are that the use of digitalization has not been maximized, prices have been damaged as a result of the development of e-commerce, inadequate guidance from the government, capital constraints and the economic condition of MSMEs that has not yet recovered after the pandemic. <p>Dalam kebijakan moneter, konsep kerangka operasional kebijakan moneter digunakan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana bank sentral atau otoritas moneter mengelola dan mengendalikan aktivitas ekonomi dengan menggunakan instrumen kebijakan moneter. Kerangka operasional terdiri dari tiga bagian utama: instrumen, tujuan operasional, dan tujuan antara. <p><em>This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of beaded handicraft products in Sipirok Godang Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency. These studies are qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subject of this research is the part related to the manufacture and marketing of beaded craft products with sampling of data sources carried out by snowboal and purposive. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of checking and validating the data used extended participation, persistence of observation, triangulation and referential adequacy. The results showed that the marketing strategy for beaded craft products can be achieved by using a SWOT matrix analysis consisting of SO strategies, namely increasing market demand, increasing product innovation and creativity, adjusting prices with products produced, improving quality. products and make attractive promotions. The W-O strategy is to increase the marketing network, optimize the marketing department, find substitute materials and conduct training. S-T's strategy is to continue to innovate and improve product quality, expand marketing networks, and promote using the internet. The W-T strategy is to be fast and responsive if there are obstacles, to continue to improve internal and external relations of the beaded craft product business in order to outperform the competition with similar products. The research contribution aftar analyzing can be able to maintain and improve the quality of beaded products by continuing to innovate and be creative in order to outperform the competition between bead craftsmen, expand marketing networks by utilizing the internet/information technology in conducting promotions.</em></p>M. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan tabungan </em><em>Mudharabah berjangka di PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan, dengan mengangkat permasalah tentang bagaimana pendapat para ahli dalam memoderasikan penerapan tabungan Mudharabah berjangka di PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan dilihat dari Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 115 tahun 2017. Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif.</em></p> <p><em>Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam ketentuan umum tabungan mudharabah ini sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI berdasarkan syarat dan penerapannya, sedangkan dalam nisbah bagi hasilnya bank sudah menyatakannya secara jelas saat akad. Maksud dari pasal keenam ayat 3 dan 4 ialah nisbah bagi hasil yang tidak diperbolehkan berbentuk nominal atau presentase jika diambil dari modal usaha, sehingga menyebabkan keuntungan pada salah satu pihak saja. <p>Islamic Boarding School has enormous potential to form a good financial resilience and independence, One of the organizations that until now has been concerned in helping the economic growth of the independence and financial resilience of a Islamic Boarding School is the Sarekat islamic Boarding School business cooperative organization. The Islamic Boarding School Business Sarekat organization has proven to be very influential on the financial independence and resilience of Islamic Boarding School, it's just that there are still very few islamic Boarding School that are members of the organization. so this research is important to do to explain the process of pesantren financial resilience and independence based on the Islamic Boarding School Business Sarekat Cooperative Organization.</p> <p> This study used a qualitative approach with a type of field research. The qualitative field approach was used in this study to explain the financial independence and resilience of pesantren through the Islamic Boarding School Sarekat Business Cooperative. Data collection procedures were obtained from interviews, documentation and observation. And for data analysis is done with three stages, data reduction, data display and conclusion making.</p> <p>The results of this study explain that in forming the resilience and financial independence of islamic Boarding School, KSBP conducts sales of superior products between islamic Boarding School that are members of KSBP. In addition, in 2020 KSBP built a Distribution Center (DC) Building. Internal inhibiting factors include; there are still primary cooperatives that do not conduct RATs, the existence of the same products between KSBP members, long distribution distances between KSBP members, and loyalty in the use of goods between KSBP members. As for the inhibiting factors from the externya come from competitors outside KSBP and natural disasters that occur. KSBP's supporting factors also come from internal and external factors, KSBP's internal supporting factors come from the positive support of KSBP members, while external factors come from Indonesian Bank and the Ministry of Cooperatives.</p> <p> </p>Mujibno

<p>Inflasi didefinisikan sebagai suatu kondisi saat terjadinya kenaikan harga pada barang atau jasa yang berlangsung secara terus menerus pada komoditas barang atau jasa yang diperlukan oleh banyak masyarakat. Dengan adanya inflasi dapat membahayakan karena dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ketidakstabilan ekonomi hingga ketidakadilan dalam pemerataan pendapatan di masyarakat, maka perlunya strategi yang tepat dalam pengendalian inflasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis strategi yang digunakan dalam pengendalian inflasi melalui kebijakan moneter menurut Umer Chapra. Pemilihan metode pada penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan atau library research dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa menurut Umer Chapra, saat terjadi inflasi menjadikan uang tidak lagi menjadi alat tukar yang adil dan jujur, karena dapat menimbulkan sikap ketidakjujuran terhadap orang lain yang dapat merusak daya beli pada aset moneter. <p>Kepercayaan menjadi persoalan yang penting dalam menjalin kerjasama pertanian. Perilaku kepercayaan di tengah masyarakat melihat bagaimana kesedian individu dalam melayani teman kerjasamanya. Penelitian ini mengekslor apa dan bagaimana bentuk kepercayaan yang dilakukan dalam kerjasama pertanian. Jenis penelitian empiris, mengamati realitas hukum ekonomi syariah dalam menjalin kerjasama yang menekankan pada prinsip kepercayaan bermuamalah yang bertempat di di Desa Kolok Mudik, Kecamatan Barangin, Kota Sawahlunto. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenoligi. Data primer berasal dari pemilik sawah dan penggarap. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi perjanjian yang dilakukan lebih mengarah pada konsep kepercayaan dan dilakukan secara lisan tanpa bukti tertulis, sehingga tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum yang kuat saat terjadi masalah. Hasil penelitian bahwa transaksi antara pemilik lahan dan peggarap di Desa Kolok Mudik kesepakatan lisan yang bisa melemahkan ikatan perjanjian di suatu ketika. Dalam bagi hasil, kedua belah pihak harus mencapai kesepakatan tetapi juga memiliki konsep kepercayaan. Faktor kebutuhan, rasa tolong menolong, dan rasa percaya satu sama lain mendorong pemilik dan penggarap lahan pertanian untuk melakukan perjanjian kerjasama. <p><em>The majority of the people of Bluto Subdistrict have middle to lower economic levels, so there are many needs that must be met, including daily needs and urgent needs. Customers who want to meet urgent needs will look for the right and fast solutions in order to be able to meet their needs. That is, by pawning gold to financial institutions, customers can borrow money from these institutions by bringing their valuables to be used as collateral. From several studies there is an element of discontinuity between one study and another, such as in Nur Jaenah's study which stated that socioeconomic status variables had no significant effect on student decisions in choosing Islamic bank savings products, whereas in Khoirul Mahdi Simamora's research it was shown that Economic conditions influence student decisions in choosing Islamic banks. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of economic, personality and psychological status on customers' decisions to use gold pawn products. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory methods. The sample of this study amounted to 285 people. <p><em>The people of Legung village, Sumenep Regency, the majority of whom have a lower middle class economy, need sharia financial institutions such as the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS). Innovative and high quality products are needed to attract public interest. This research focuses on the influence of the superiority of Barokah savings products on increasing the number of customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Legung, Sumenep. This type of research was conducted with a population of 6,557 Barokah savings customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Legung Sumenep in 2022. A sample of 377 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula and data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, partial hypothesis testing (T Test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test). The results of this research show that product excellence has a significant effect on increasing the number of customers. The product advantage regression coefficient was 0.042 (p<0.05), explaining 25.6% of the variation in the increase in the number of customers. <p>Gadai, juga disebut sebagai "rahn", adalah penyerahan benda berharga kepada orang lain dengan tujuan memberikan hutang. Barang tersebut berfungsi sebagai jaminan atas kewajiban, atau pinjaman, yang memungkinkan pihak yang berkewajiban untuk membayar kembali dengan nilai nominalnya jika mereka tidak dapat atau gagal melakukannya. Gadai syariah didasarkan pada dua akad transaksi Islam: akad rahn dan ijarah.</p> <p>Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang merinci objek penelitian dengan sangat rinci. Salah satu ciri khas desain ini adalah bahwa penelitian ini lebih suka menggunakan kata-kata atau gambar daripada angka untuk menunjukkan fakta.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya telah digunakan prosedur yang sederhana tetapi tetap sesuai dengan prosedur operasional yang ada. Ini termasuk tahapan pengajuan pembiayaan, penaksiran emas sebagai jaminan, pencairan dana pembiayaan, tahapan pada tanggal jatuh tempo, dan tahapan pelunasan. <p><em>The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the advantages of Barokah savings and Muḍārabah deposits on people's interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Bluto, then to find out how much influence the advantages of Barokah savings and Muḍārabah deposits have on people's interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Bluto and which variable has the dominant influence between the advantages of Barokah savings and muḍārabah deposits on people's interest in saving.</em></p> <p><em>The research approach used is quantitative research with the type of regression research. The population of this research is BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Bluto customers. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling method. The number of samples is determined based on the Slovin formula. Research data collection techniques include questionnaire methods, observation methods and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS.</em></p> <p><em>From the research results, it was found that barokah savings and muḍārabah deposits had a partial and simultaneous effect on people's interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Bluto. The influence of the superiority of Barokah savings and Muḍārabah deposits on people's interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Bluto is 86%.
