MANAJEMEN PERGURUAN TINGGI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM HAMZANWADI NW LOMBOK TIMUR
The aims of this research are: First, to find out the implementation of higher education management to improve the quality of education at the Hamzanwadi Islamic Institute, NW, East Lombok. Second, knowing the implications of higher education management for improving the quality of education at the Hamzanwadi NW East Lombok Islamic Institute. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the method used in this study is a descriptive one with participatory observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data processing is carried out by analyzing data from various sources, examining all data, and then testing the validity of the data by extending participation, checking members, providing detailed descriptions, and conducting dependability audits and assurance audits agreed upon by the institution under study. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of higher education management to improve the quality of education at the Hamzanwadi NW Islamic Institute of East Lombok is carried out by formulating and implementing: First, Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Strategy. Second, the LPM Quality Document (SPMI). Third, the Development Main Plan (RIP). Fourth, the Strategic Plan of the institute Fifth, Operational Plan (Renop) (2) strategy The implications of higher education management for improving the quality of education at the Hamzanwadi NW Islamic Institute of East Lombok are actualized by eight criteria, namely: management strategy, strategy mission, objectives, and Strategy. Second, Implications of Civil Service Management, Governance, and Cooperation. Third, the Implications of Student management. Fourth, Implications of Human Resource Management Fifth, Implications of Financial Management, Facilities, and Infrastructure Sixth, Implications of Education Management Seventh, Implications of Research Management; Eighth, Implications of Community Service Management.
