Pengaruh Keunggulan Produk Tabungan Barokah terhadap Peningkatan Jumlah Nasabah pada BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP. Legung Sumenep
Abstract
The people of Legung village, Sumenep Regency, the majority of whom have a lower middle class economy, need sharia financial institutions such as the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS). Innovative and high quality products are needed to attract public interest. This research focuses on the influence of the superiority of Barokah savings products on increasing the number of customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Legung, Sumenep. This type of research was conducted with a population of 6,557 Barokah savings customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Legung Sumenep in 2022. A sample of 377 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula and data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, partial hypothesis testing (T Test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test). The results of this research show that product excellence has a significant effect on increasing the number of customers. The product advantage regression coefficient was 0.042 (p<0.05), explaining 25.6% of the variation in the increase in the number of customers. Thus, it can be concluded that the superiority of the Barokah savings product has contributed positively to increasing the number of customers at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KCP Legung, Sumenep
