EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) PADA AKAD MURABAHAH DALAM PENINGKATAN EKONOMI NASABAH DI BSI KC PAMEKASAN

Abstract

As of November 30, 2023,the total distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) was realized at Rp229.95 trillion or 77.42% of the 2023 target of Rp297 trillion to 4.12 million debtors, so this did not reach the target number of distributions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) using murabahah contract at BSI Pamekasan branch office and the effectiveness of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program using murabahah contract at BSI Pamekasan branch office in improving the community economy. Type of research used descriptive qualitative research. Data sources obtained from primary data sources and secondary data. The results of this study explain the implementation of the distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) using murabahah contract at BSI Pamekasan branch office with the addition of wakalah contract. The effectiveness of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program using the murabahah contract at BSI Pamekasan branch office in improving the customer's economy reached a level of effectiveness of 65%. So that the percentage achievement illustrates that the level of effectiveness of the KUR program at BSI Pamekasan branch office has not reached the level of effectiveness perfectly.
