Abstract

Tauhid education as a guideline from the beginning of being born and making it a belief that there is no God who deserves to be worshipped other than Allah and the Prophet Muhammad as the messenger of Allah. The urgency of monotheism education in Islam cannot be denied. This tawhid education is given with the aim of making children as servants of Allah, who will obey all His commands and prohibitions and become useful people for society and their people. From this issue of tawhid, a very deep question arises as to who should have an important role in implementing the first education in Islam, especially in the issue of tawhid education. In this study, researchers used library research methods, researchers collected, analysed and organised sources of articles found through Google Scholar, with publications and various books containing references that are relevant and considered appropriate to the title of the article, namely the concept and implementation of tawhid education values for children. This research found several steps in implementing tawhid education for children, among others, 1) inviting students to tadabbur (paying attention to the various creatures and objects in this nature which all show the existence of Allah and Allah power which is so great over all nature. 2) Repeating lessons. 3) The story method.
